The staff were constantly very welcoming. the location was marvellous and absolutely perfect for me, close to the shopping centre. - It was close enough to the hippodrome, great restaurants and shopping, and independent shops. - the bar area was superb, I really enjoyed it.

There were WiFi and USB ports in the room, loved that. The EXCELLENT bathroom and the rest was clean. The location of the property was good and perfect, to the bus station where you can get the shuttle bus.

The hotel was a great place for enjoying a nice enough area, near to Cabot Circus, and city centre. I had a really comfortable stay, the staff were pleasant, always trying their best. Family queen room with a very comfy bed was the best. Had breakfast in the bar.
